        I was having an issue with my condenser where it quit working. I called and spoke with Ken the owner today at around 3 and he had his Technician Jose who was great there by 4 and got our HVAC system up and going again. All of this at the end of their day. I can't say enough good things about Ken and his guys at KO. Ashton Carlyon
