They were here for 5 minutes and charged $150.00. Clearly a company who values money more than their customers! All we did was ask for a timely visit, we did Not state it was an urgent need!!! WE WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN!!! Horrible company!!!

**EDIT** I was NOT given ANY DISCOUNT as the company has replied. I paid what I was quoted with no mention of a discount.******I needed outlets and light switches to be replaced for my mother's home. I throughly explained this to the technician, showed him where they were when he arrived. I was not happy to find him wondering around in the living room where no work needed to be done and he had his helper starting to replace outlets I never asked to be replaced. When I asked why they were in my living room his response was " I was counting outlets" outlets that were not discussed in the quote nor discussed when he first arrived. I specifically said no outlets in this room are to be replaced when he arrived, so why he was wondering around my house instead of doing the work he was hired to do is beyond me! There was NO need to be in the other room he was wondering around in without permission! When all was done he told me the price I said that is not what I was quoted by the office so he called the office and low and behold I was right and his charge was $30/50 more. I will NOT be using this company again for any electrical needs. Work that was completed was adequate however, listening and respecting your customer goes a long way.
