        This Vystar is horrible!!!!!! I am the manager of Ellison Food Mart and half the time I can't even get my change order because of the wait in line. One day it took over 30 minutes just to get a change order. I am here today to cash my paycheck and the line is all the way to the back offices. I have already been in line 10 min with no movement. People have walked out of line and customers coming in are turning around. This is ridiculous something needs to be done about the speed of the tellers and the structure of how to get the wait time down. Gerald and I only put one star so that I could make the post other than that That star would not be on this post!!!!!

        Always packed , service is extremely slow , seems some of the tellers aren't knowledgeable , possibly new , regardless EVERYTIME I come in this location it moves slower than the pony express , I don't understand why it's always like this , and hasn't been addressed... folks only have so much time during lunch to come in and handle there business...

        My experience is how concerned they are about how you feel about your business and accounts my driving license had expired. I couldn't get my license renewed because of Covid. I needed to have a document notarized for court that day, I was told they needed a valid I.D., I was upset, but as I was leaving they called be back and told me that a representative knew me personally by working on some banking issues for me, she stepped up for me when she overheard me talking, she signed my document as personally knowing me, I went to court, and because of her expertise and concern for me, as a customer I went to court with proper documentation and was awarded what I was seeking legally. Thank you from my heart. I will ALWAYS be a customer/client, Vystar changed my life for the forever. Thank you!!!
