        Placed an online order for pickup, waited 3 days and still nothing even though I have 3 pending transactions on my card. I drive the 30 minutes to get there just to see and got no help at all. I had to re-purchase for the 4th time and they refused to give me the 20% off after I explained what happened...whatever..probably part of the reason this company is going bankrupt..won't be back!

        Worst customer service ever. I drove from St. Augustine to come here, the item I wanted was in the back and I was told I couldn't buy it because it was in the back. It wasn't a new item, it just hadn't been restocked.
