The Edgewood location is cool but they like to follow u around the store like every body steal plus the have no sales or deals but the dunn ave and lem turner location is the bomb not sure if the same people own it or nah

The females that work on the floor need to act professionally and not like you own the store your job is to assist customers period we want entertainment that's what Netflix is for.

Brought a frontal wig went to install it and when I went to cut the lace there was lace stuck in the hair that if I cut the lace I would cut the hair as well. Called and explained to a worker up there she let the manger Mark know and said he is busy will call you back he never did called back up there and a worker answered she told me on the receipt says no exchange or refunds and I said even on a defected wig and she kept explaining the policy so I said why cant I speak to the manger you dont have the final say so so I called a location on the south side and explained the issue and they told me to come in and they will write the wig off and gave me another one smh same thing this location could have did will not be buying another wig from here just will travel to the south and its sad because this location is less than a minute away from me.
