I dont fit the customer profile although I spend hundreds of dollars. Customer service not very desirable for every walk in experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. I scheduled makeup to be done for my WEDDING months before the date. I kept checking online to make sure everything was still set. The day before my wedding they called to confirm an eyelash appointment an hour later than my original makeup appointment. I said no my appointment is at 10. Anyway they tried to tell me there was no one there to do makeup and they were booked. So how can they can be booked and not see my appointment on their systems. They tried to get my the option of letting one of the consultants to do my makeup but I would have to buy $50 worth of products. And since that was cheaper it should be ok. Thats not ok - so I told them I would do my own makeup. My suggestion is to get real professionals to do your makeup not these basic people that obviously could care less about the inconvenience they cause. Ulta Sucks!!!!!

Sabirah was very helpful, and informative. She actually sold me on getting the Ulta credit card, which I would have never planned to do otherwise. I told her I basically only come once or twice a year so it was unnecessary. She informed me that I could use it on getting my hair done, or make up done, and all of the services you guys offered. She was truly an asset to your business today. Please recognize her.
