Did a return for unused items that were purchased a week ago. I did return to a different store bc I happened to be in the area and saw a location. The person who was working was extremely rude and made it known that she was not happy I was returning at her store bc it "hurts her numbers". It's sad that Sally has made it to where the workers feel personal threatened when receiving returns as though this is not commonplace. I'm sure that Sally makes enough as company that a small return of $40 shouldn't warrant a poor experience. To the person working, you aren't responsible for someone returning items nor should it be taken so personally. I apologize that some sort of pressure has been put on you that you feel the need to react that way.

Manger needs to get an attirude ajustment, blond hair and orange skin really is not a good look! I would exspect someone to know how to use the products they are selling. THIS STORE IS DOOMED WITH HER AS ITS HEAD!
