The owner of this company came to give us a quote and perhaps do the work, was argumentative and aggressive with our concierge in front of five witnesses because the condo refused to allow him to park his truck in the loading dock for the duration of the service. When he arrived in our apartment, he asserted that he had been allowed to do this in the past. He made no apology to us for his behavior toward the concierge and others who witnessed his behavior. After he left our apartment, he did apologize to her for the "misunderstanding."  I told him to get out of our apartment and no work was performed nor did he give an estimate. He now claims to be banned from the building which is a complete falsehood. Despite excellent reviews, I reluctantly recommend that you not use this company because the owner seems to have anger issues he can't control. In fairness, I became angry as well. Our concierge is the best and she would never have called me to report this incident of it had not been serious.

I needed my very heavy large area rug cleaned and Chem Dry did an amazing job!! They came and picked up the rug and delivered on the day they promised. The rug looks amazing and I appreciated that Reece gave me a honest quote and actually came in a little under! I'd absolutely use them again!!
