We deeply regret that you had a bad experience with our sister company First Coast Home Pros' carpet cleaning division. There were a number of factors combined that contributed to this. First, when we spoke with you around 11:45AM yesterday and said we would likely get to you around 12:30PM-1:00PM, the technician should have known that at that time this would have been impossible since his current job was running past schedule. He should have communicated to the office staff right off the bat that the arrival time would end up being closer to 1:30PM-2:00PM.The technician also is responsible for following our company policy which is to call customers to update the ETA if they are going to be early or late and to do so well in advance of the scheduled arrival time. We are very sorry that the technician "forgot" to call you. He made no excuses for his error but it still is unacceptable to us. We apologize.I am sure it also added to your frustration that when you called multiple times between 12:45PM-1:15PM to find out what on earth was going on we did not answer. The office staff was having their annual holiday gift exchange during that time. It is highly unfortunate that because the technician was late and did not call you AND the office staff was having a brief holiday gathering you were left hanging during that 30 minute window. We are very sorry about this as well.We hope that the technician's sincere efforts to work very hard to clean your small area carpets for several hours to remove all of the dog hair etc shows our effort to make this right for you. We hope you are happy with the cleaning work that was done, especially for the price charged despite all the extra effort required.Lastly, we will be in touch with you about the yard issue.Once again, we are very sorry for your experience. As you can see from First Coast Home Pros thousands of positive online reviews, your experience was highly unusual and not consistent with how we do things around here. We are in the process of addressing the issues with the employees involved to ensure this does not happen again.
