        Had an appointment on Friday at 10am mobile detail. Booked it over a week in advance. Friday came they were not here at 10am. Had to text to find out if they were still coming. Owner texted back said they were running late but on the way. An hour later I received a text saying they had a flat tire and need to reschedule. I was highly disappointed I had cleared my day to get this done. Won't go there for a detail ever. But on the other hand they do a great job on tint love his work.

      Unfortunately things happen good and bad every day we definitely Wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to make money so if we call and canceled an appointment due to unforeseen issues all we can do is offer apology and try to reschedule which we already try to do but if you will insist on giving us a one star to make other customers feel that we won't take care of them is just untrue we wish that your experience went a bit different. We experienced a flat tire while on the highway roadside assistance took forever. We notified the customer as soon as possible and attempted to reschedule. And no way or shape of would we have a refuse work so this was just unfortunate things that happen from time to time at all different type businesses. Thanks for opportunity.
