Torreto detailing package: Vehicle was still filthy at time of pick up, had to wait at their shop for over 30mins so they can rush clean what they missed. I went home and found a-lot more missed areas full of dirt. Also their website states steam cleaning is included in this package but they told me in person that they didnt do any steam cleaning. Also my car reeked of chemical odor for a week. Not worth $164.

WARNING THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO EVER FIND YOURSELF. IF YOU'VE EVER HEARD THE PHRASE, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR" WELL KNOW THIS. THIS PLACE MIGHT SEAM LIKE A GREAD DEAL BUT IT'S GOING TO END UP COSTING YOU IN THE LONG RUN. SO STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! What I did: I took a car I bought for my daughter to have a ($250 Detailing) and have 2 tinted windows added $80. What happened: I was called and told my car was ready. I went after work to pick it up. 1. The Car was disgusting and not even finished washing. AND BY NO MEANS WAS THIS A $250 DETAILING. 2. My car door was damaged. NOTE: THIS particular door has a dent but what they broke was the Door Lock Latching system. And the door was crooked... as they tried rig it and broke it off the hinges as well. 3. When I complained about the wash... the "owner wife" said "you paid $250 that's what you get!" 4. About the door she said it was broke and blamed the dent on the door. (But the car was left there with all 4 doors closing) They told me to leave the car there and they would fix it in the morning. 5. Next day I recieved a text saying you're car is ready. The Car is still DIRTY and the Door is still BROKEN. When I asked 1 person said they were told I didn't want them to fix it and the manager said they weren't going to fix it. I paid them and left just for my sanity. LIKE I SAID... STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY! THIS IS A RAT HOLE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. NO GOOD BAD SERVICE BROKEN DISRESPECTFUL LIARS UNPROFESSIONAL My Door Latch is $211.

Upholstery job was excellent. Very friendly service and they did a great job fixing my work truck's driver seat. It was ripped and worn down badly. It feels like new now! Looks great too. Thanks again. I will continue to recommend you and send more people your way
