        No notary and theywere rude about it after I had been sent on a wild chase to 4 different locations. I'm highly disappointed every branch had poor communication and sent me to 4 locations with no success. They suggested I go pay the UPS store which I had to do after wasting my time and diesel fuel going to 4 branches. Yelled out "SHORT STAFFED" as I exited
