TC Federal Bank

Rode past this new bank in my area. The marquee outside caught my attention due to their higher CD rate and also the picture of Twilla who had assisted me at another bank. I opened an account with her. The bank is so welcoming. Staff is professional, very informative, thorough and kind. You are offered a refreshment as well and I was introduced to the staff. Interior is welcoming and comfy cozy. They listen to you and desire to help you meet your goals. Ample parking. I have been there several times ans I am always welcomed by my name. I do not hesitate to recommend this bank. Thank you Twilla and all team members. It is a good feeling to have confidence in your bank.

We made the switch 6 months ago to TC Federal from a local credit union - best decision! The team at the Mandarin TC Federal branch is everything you would want in a banking relationship - professional, personal, knowledgeable, sincere and approachable. We truly feel as though we are working with a financial partner. The transition could not have been easier, the one-on-one attention has been fabulous and even the special CD rates are exceeding local competitors. The team at TC Federal was able to provide business solutions we previously didnt have available (access to IntraFi) and, on a personal note, they even have our teenager banking and savings with them (first debit card, first CD, etc)! The whole family is a fan of this newest banker in town and HIGHLY recommend everyone check out TC Federal!

I love the small town charm the bank has with the big bank capabilities they offer. Working with people who care is more valuable to me than worrying if theres a branch on every corner.
