        This is my Bank from 2017 , was the best costumer service in Spanish , ( Jose and Gabriel) , but they left the bank and today is HORRIBLE TO VISIT THIS BANK. , the only one person to speak Spanish is very rude, that lady is unpleasant person

        Brought a certified check from USAA here and the clerk told me it was a fake and reported it to fraud department. Even after I called USAA and told them the situation they still flagged it and didnt want to return my check so I could deposit somewhere else. Finally got my check back and it was deposited into another financial institution. Would rate 0% if I could, the clerk was rude, in the wrong and uneducated.
