This bank deserves a 0. My mom banks at this place. She's fallen ill so I came with my power of attorney papers to handle her finances all I'm getting is the run around and her bills is fallen behind. My next step is a lawyer

I just spoke to a banker named Josanne over the phone. I was shocked by her terrible attitude. She refused to let me speak to a manager and was extremely rude to me. I merely asked simple questions and she got an adittude saying that she had already explained to me "period". So unprofessional. When I asked for a manager she said that she was the manager. I asked for the original person's name that I spoke to and she said she would not give it I had to call back to get her name only because she told me that she would be able to help. No one knew when the branch manager would be in so that I could speak with him, or of any other manager I could speak with. I was refused assistance or the opportunity to speak with someone higher.
