        Most disappointing banking I have ever had. My check goes into my account once a month, and every month since I opened this account I have had problems, my card gets blocked so I call your 800 number,they say we will take your block off. 1. Why does my card keep getting blocked? 2. When you call your 800 number they say we will take your block off and 30 minutes later, it's still blocked. I tried to see if my 4 digit code was still the same, they say we can't help you with that, call another number. Worst bank ever. You go into a branch and your lucky if their are at least 2 employees even working. Fifth third better. I think not. Iam sick of having to go through this every month. I will be leaving this bank....

        I can't express how disappointing this bank is. I haven't had a single satisfactory encounter with them in person and ESPECIALLY over the phone and through chat. I've never had personal hatred for an establishment in my life until now. I want this place SHUT DOWN!
