Chase Bank

My wife and I were in a bind where we needed a paper notarized for our home last minute due to an error on their part. The bank manager stayed after closing hours to make sure the job was done. Kudos to he and the team for superior customer service!

It's exhausting when you can't get simple transactions successfully completed when you enter an establishment. It's even more annoying when you get similar service from a bank that has stigma of being higher end. It's been 1.5 months since I went into this branch and updated my name and requested new bank cards. I guess they just overlooked putting in this request. The overall customer service experience based on a few visits, were "O.K.", not amazing, not memorable, just o.k.

Pick up your phone! Ive called 20 times now over the week for a branch specific question. All other branches pick up their phone. Ive tried many different times on many different days.

I'm just here for the promotion lol . I had a 10am appointment & I was literally 3 minutes late & there's a 5-10 grace period & they let someone take my appointment & had to wait 40 minutes but hey free 200 bucks . Which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars
