Came here twice on a Friday in the morning and the 2nd time in the afternoon. 1st time (morning) I came to create a cashier's check with a $15 fee. Only 2 ppl visible in the building (1000-2000sq ft building? Idk it's a big nice building). Another customer came by after me wanting to open up an account.. that customer was sent to another branch, they had no-one to help him. 2nd time came by to close my BoA account in the afternoon. They had no-one to help me, I saw 3 ppl in the entire building and either offer me to: make an appointment or go to the nearest biggest branch (10min away). Staff very kind and available to do simple tasks, otherwise if you need to open or close an account or even more involved activity, better make an appointment here otherwise it's hit or miss! During business hours parking is available, no issues finding parking. Came here in person, because phone customer service is non-existent.

Every time I go to this branch customer service is too busy to help. The last time after being totally ignored I had to get the help I needed online.This branch and its employees are totally disgusting.
