BEWARE. If you want to belong to a loving community this is NOT the place. Their focus is NOT on safety, making the environment friendly, or making your dwelling livable.
Examples:
1. There is a family of stray cats that live around the complex. A lot of residents love them and will feed them regularly. Management sends threatening text messages to starve the wildlife so that we can control the population. They also encourage hostile behavior among residents to report any person that is feeding cats. What inhumane, uncaring, and soulless person could ever do this to animals? If you attempt to feed the wildlife, they will send an eviction notice immediately.
2. I was assaulted in the parking lot at 54 magnolia. There arent any security cameras nor any means of protection.and my attacker was never identified. There was a lack of concern among management when I brought it to their attention. They didnt think it was necessary to notify residents about the assault for their protection and safety. Instead, they sent a mass message to not feed the wildlife. Complete lack of concern and regard.
3. The apartments are old, musty, and not updated. We suspected mold in our apartment and a professional came to check it out. The complex kept us in the dark and waited almost a week to give us the feedback. The result was a vent cleaning and even that did not do the job. When we expressed our concerns again, nothing was done.
Please do not make the mistake of living at 54 magnolia. There is a quick turnaround rate among residents due to the disinterested and aloof behavior of management. Also, If you care about animals stay away. It will break your heart to see how cruel they are treated.

We have lived here for almost 8 months and it has been the best apartment complex weve ever lived in. The apartments and amenities are so nice and we love how peaceful it is here.
Kristen and Valerie have been amazing and they are always willing to answer questions and help in any way they can. They both truly care about the residents here and we have appreciated them so much.
We love it here and dont plan on moving anytime soon!

Absolutely love living at 54 Magnolia. The office and maintenance staff on pretty on top of everything and are very kind. The facilities stay clean and if anything is out of order, they are quick to fix it.
