Dee with all county has been helpful and insightful. As we are new property owners / "land lords". She has helped us traverse the unfamiliar terrain and made us feel happy with our decision, with the experience overall and with the company, especially with her personally. She's a busy woman but very kind and professional. Well spoken, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful among many things.
5 star experience. Thank you all county and thank you Dee for all the help.

Dee is our property manager, we had an issue that accrued over the weekend. She responded to us and got right on the issue. Unfortunately she could not get any one to come on Sunday, no fault on her, but she kept us in the loop and first thing Monday morning she had a vendor to come out and fix the issue. She is very professional and we see that she cares a lot about her tenants. I hope that they can get vendors to work on the weekend for emergency issues.

If I could do a negative review I would give the the max! We entrust property management professions with one of our biggest investments we make in our lives and it is expected to be treated as such. This company was horrible in the professionalism from the PM and whoever I complained to. the PM's most egregious act was believing it was ok to delay the listing and showing of my home due to peronsal matters from the PM. When I inquired she stated that she was having personal family matters. Well when we hire professionals this is a business and personal matters from the PM should not negatively impact me. another PM from the company should have filled in. When I complained to someone else within the company and requested another PM they asked me to give it another shot...well needless to say that didn't work and during this time the weeks passed and the peak summer period of rentals passed us by. when I complained again in late Sept after weeks of a delay the company stated we don't think this is going to work for us. Well I agree and unfortunately now the peak period is gone.

I regret to share my profoundly disappointing experience with Duval All County Complete, specifically highlighting the poor communication, subpar customer service, and ineffective property management, notably under the supervision of Ms. Dee Campbell.
From the onset, communication has been a consistent issue. Despite reporting a leak in my rental home as far back as July 2023, the response and follow-up from Ms. Campbell and her staff have been dishearteningly lacking. Numerous professional assessments of the roof have clearly indicated its compromised state, yet no concrete action has been taken, even now of the beginning of November 2023.
The poor understanding of customer care is evident in the frustrating interactions with Ms. Campbell and her team. Despite my persistent efforts to convey the urgency of the situation, the responses have been evasive and unhelpful. This lack of empathy and responsiveness is, unfortunately, reflective of a broader culture within Duval All County Complete.
Furthermore, the mismanagement of property repairs, particularly concerning the neglected roof issue, has reached a point of extreme dissatisfaction. Several roofers have underscored the urgent need for repair, yet the company has inexplicably chosen to disregard professional advisements. This not only compromises the structural integrity of the property but also poses a considerable risk to not only my well-being but for my family as well.
In light of these ongoing challenges, I am compelled to discourage anyone from engaging with Duval All County Complete for their property management needs. The level of service, or lack thereof, has been profoundly disappointing, and I would not wish this experience upon even my worst enemy. It is my sincere hope that the company takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements to prevent others from facing similar distressing situations in the future.
