Ive lived at Country Club lakes for going on three years and its been an absolutely lovely experience. The Maintenance staff and office staff is top notch the grounds are extremely well maintained and any service issues are always fixed next day or sooner!! I would highly recommend moving here!!

I've lived here for a two years and I love it. The leasing manager Marina was very nice and welcoming. Senad and Toni from maintence are amazing. it's a great place to live .

Our experience has been excellent, Luis makes sure the property is always clean and is very helpful with the tenants. All the maintenance people do a good job and are helpful. They always respond the same day a problem is reported. The girls in the office are very professional and we couldn't have a better Manager than her. He is very professional in his work. I love I lived here. It is very quiet and safe.

Ive been here for almost a year and can say that its been a pleasure. Maintenance is top notch. Put in a request and its taken care of same day or the next. Its not the greatest of cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. My apartment had water damage to some bathrooms and when someone moves out, they just spray paint all over the walls without cleaning the baseboards. A lot of dirt and hair gets trapped in the paint. Windows could really use some love because in the winter, you can feel the cold air pushing through. Summer time its extremely hot and I have to keep air on nonstop due to the windows as well. Can cause very high electricity bills. For a 3 bedrooms, electric is around $240 a month.
Very quiet neighborhood. Amazing staff. The pools are awesome. I still wish the playground was better. Nobody plays on it because its located in the back of an apartment where ducks poop all over the place and has no sidewalk to access it.
