RESIDENTS PLEASE BEWARE AFTER MOVE OUT!! We moved out at the end of October on what I thought were "good terms." By that I mean we paid our final rent, our deposit was small (under $300) I didn't expect to receive that back as I understand there are touch ups and cleaning they will have to cover expenses for. However comes around December and I am in disbelief to find out Bainbridge sent us to collections in LESS than 30 days from our move out day! (At first I thought it was spam email from some unfamiliar company: Hunter Warfield) I was in shock because there was absolutely NO ATTEMPT to contact me or my husband stating we OWE them money for additional "move out" charges. There was no phone call, no email, no letter (I did provide them with my new address). Even the collections agency confirmed that a "certified letter" was NOT sent to notify us. Once they send you to collections you must only communicate through the collections agency - which makes it "easier" on their end as they don't have to "put up" with you and your questions, so you have no choice but to go through a bigger headache of going back and forth to get an answer before you can get the debt off you. With this being said, I don't know how many more people they will continue to treat this way, but I hope this review brings some awareness. To the staff at Bainbridge, you could've kindly attempted to contact us first directly to get charges settled, as this should be a normal process for anyone. But instead, you demonstrated carelessness and used someone else to painfully swallow the money out for you. For this reason, lost all my respect for this complex. 01/08/24 You just responded by telling me to contact you? I did not have trouble getting in touch with you - but each time your staff members informed me to contact the collection agency to have my questions answered.

Nice walkway around pond with benches. There is a busy train track right alongside the property. Shakes the buildings. Great amenities if they are working. Heated saltwater pool has been closed for repair for weeks. Common coffee station is frequently unusable. Clubhouse common area and office spew out nasty chemical fragrance that make many sick and they knowingly keep using it which kills that amenity. Constant battle with roaches getting in through door and window cracks. The noise level through walls is about typical. Seems all breeds and sizes of dogs are welcome here. Highway noise is loud depending on which way the wind blows. Grounds are kept up for the most part although the entrance is exceptionally well mulched and manicured. Maintenance supervisor Gabe is excellent and on top of the to-do lists. We can only hope he doesnt burn out and continues here for at least until we leave. The office staff is generally responsive to issues except for continuing to pollute my air that I pay for. Be sure to really inspect the property before renting. Many of the great reviews online are from people who only check it out and rate the staff.

One of the most prestigious communities in town! But the best part about this place is the team. Georgette, Jamie, RJ, Randolph in the office and Gabe and the maintenance team are top notch! They are always going above and beyond for their residents and vendors. Its truly a pleasure going to this community. Thank you Bainbridge Avenues Walk for all you do!
