After going through many issues with the previous apartment complex my husband and I were in, The Villas at Dames Point was a huge breath of fresh air! From the moment Tiffany and Lauren spoke with me I knew we were in a whole different world! I could go on and on about the old apartments and how many things went wrong but instead let me tell you all the things that have gone right since moving into The Villas at Dames Point: -The staff is AMAZING, kind, very friendly & they know what they are doing! The moment you walk into the office you are welcomed with genuine hellos and smiles! They answer the phones, they call back when asked, but the most amazing thing is you can tell they love what they do! -The property is well managed and kept, between the grounds, the entrance, the dumpsters, pools, etc everything is beautiful and cared for. There is valet trash & a car wash/vacuum area and a gym & pool. The complex its self is gated which to me is a huge plus! -The apartments are beyond beautiful, the layout is very spacious, and well thought out. The patio is huge compared to most apartments & the laundry room in the apartment is very large and has lots of storage space. The bathroom has two entrances and two different lights, one specifically above the shower/full size tub. The closet is located within the bathroom with storage space for lots of clothes and room for bathroom storage as well. The living room is a wide open space leading into the kitchen with an island and many cabinets. There is also a coffee bar with a built in desk/table. This transition from the horrible place we were to these amazing apartments has been very smooth and welcoming. Thank you Tiffany & Lauren for being such an amazing management duo
