I called at around 5:45pm, Patrick arrived at about 6:30walked over to the AC unit and knew exactly what the problem was. He had a new capacitor ready to go in his car. He replaced it and was gone in about 10 minutes. The AC started working and the house was back to normal by bedtime after not having AC all day on a 95 degree day. It was the best decision calling him because my rental company wasnt going to send a technician until an unknown time the next day. For him to even pick up the phone in the evening, let alone show up within an hour, and fix the problemit was unbelievable.maybe Im just used to poor service? This dude rocks, 10/10, 5 stars. Do not hesitate to call Ponte Vedra Cooling and Patrickits like have a AC concierge which is invaluable in the FL heat. Hes prompt, accessible, professional and knowledgeable. I was recently traveling for work and my wife and kids came home to a broken AC after a long night at the doctors office.
