    I never take time to write reviews for bad service. But I'm making an exception. I have used Chiller Medic to Install 4 new AC units on 2 different houses. I've used them for service multiple times annually and have never had an issue. I have always recommended them to anyone looking for a good HVAC company. That's over now. Way back in June of 2023 the mini-split at our rental property quit working so I hired them to replace it. After the new unit was hung we had new tenants move in so I never actually heard anything about the install besides they came and it was in. Flash forward to Nov/Dec I get a call from our new tenants that the mini split doesn't turn on. I tell them that I'm sure it's a simple fix as the unit is brand new. I call and text the same line I always called or texted to schedule and hear nothing back. I then go to my email to see my invoice and get a number to call. I realize I never got an invoice and this job was never paid for or even billed. When I continued to get no answers I had a second company go out to assess it and tell me they didn't feel comfortable taking the job because the units installed do not even match each other and no reputable company would make that mistake. After another call/text and email I finally got a response and some answers. The technician installed an outside unit that didn't match the inside unit, he apologized and said it was "on his to do list but he forgot about it". After they finally completed the job 4 months after being hired I received an invoice and was shocked that they didn't offer a single concession on my price. A week after this the unit started leaking. I finally paid the invoice this morning after being threatened with a lien on my house. The owner tells me "I've already paid for the equipment and labor so this needs to be settled". Funny how this equipment hung in my house for 90 days without so much as a peep from you guys until I brought it to your attention. If I had never said anything it would still be hanging there. Now you're threatening me with a lien? If I had time to fight a legal battle right now I wouldn't have paid this invoice. This needed to be paid before they would send a tech back out to address the leak. Maybe this seems like the way to handle the situation but it doesn't sit right with me and I'd caution you to pick a different company for your job.

    Judging by how I just saw two of your trucks go down the wrong way on a one way road in front of MD Anderson, Ill stick with Snyder. Remind them it is your name on those trucks

    Our A/C decided to stop working on a 100 degree week on a Friday night. Called and spoke with one of the on-call gentlemen and he came to the rescue. Bot pushy at all, in fact extremely helpful and mindful, he helped get our A/C working again. I could not be more grateful for their help. They have earned my business from here on out! Highly recommended!!!

    Definitely would not recommend if their service is as bad as their driving. I was cut off by one of their vehicles, license plate LUH-M06, while in heavy traffic. Its almost cost me too driven off the road. If they cut people off when driving, they probably cut corners in their work.
