Was very happy with Chris and his team for the work they did installing insulation in my attic. The quote was very fair and Chris and his team are very responsive and reliable from quote to installation. I will use them again for all my HVAC needs and will recommend them as well. Very satisfied.

Sherry in the office deserves many kudos. She's always cool and calm and sympathetic. Dan, the technician is superb. Always felt like I could trust him. That said, I can't say the same about the owner/powers that be. Evidently 20 years as a loyal customer means nothing to them. For the first time in those 20 years, I feel my concerns weren't answered, emails were ignored, and was treated unfairly by them.
