Air McCall

I have used Air McCall for years. I made an appointment with them a few weeks ago for a air conditioning check up. I was given a date and time. Just this week they called and said they were to busy and couldnt keep the appointment. I could make one for 4 months from now! Sorry to know they lost a good customer!!

We called today and they said they would be out between 4pm- 8pm. My husband called back at 4:30 because he never received the email they were supposed to send about our appointment to make sure it was set and the guy said that we were all good. We call at 8pm to see how far away they were and they said the dispatcher "never hit enter" and our appointment was never entered into the system. After waiting 4 hours they say they can no longer come tonight. Don't waste your time like they wasted ours.

COMPLETELY DIFERENT EXPERIENCE SINCE THE SALE - BEWARE OLD REVIEWS. Air McCall and Waychoff's both bought out by larger company? Been calling AirMcCall since late 2022 to address a concern with my new system that fell between the sale period apparently - even though I had been talking with them about it just a few weeks prior and we agreed to wait until after the holidays to come back out. Since the sale ::: I call, phone reps cannot do anything but email or submit service requests. No managers available to speak with. No storefront to go to. Phone reps show little record of my 15+ calls .. nothing in 2023. Unbelievable. Posting this after months of frustration mainly to warn others. Issue should have had a one year timeframe. I don't know maybe that is the game - ignore customers until the time period is up? Just another huge company with things falling through the cracks? I wanted to be wrong. Bought their top of the line unit just over a year ago. Fan motor went out. Had to call 4 seperate times over 2 days to get ahold of someone who could give me an ETA on the motor. 10 year warranty on the entire setup, finally they tell me that me and my family will be without ac for the next 4-6 weeks waiting on this motor. You can't get anyone but operators on the phone, so no way to get any kind of explination at all. Never would have spent all that money with this company knowing they don't keep parts in stock for the units they sell.
