Bowman Heating & Air Conditioning

I had them come to my house on the 26 of August because my AC wasnt cooling at all. The guy they sent was some what nice. I told him my problem and he seems as tho he was on top of it. I expressed to him everything that we had did to try to make sure that the AC wasnt clogged in the drain. So he did the same thing that we did and said that our AC was good to go. Sunday night I had to call another company because my AC stopped working again. The same problem I had before when you all came out happened again. They fixed the problem, my unit had froze and was very very low on Freon, which was never checked before. My frustration is that I paid you all for nothing. I called you on Saturday because my unit wasnt working and never heard back as of today. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I will never use you again!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THE OWNER IS COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, AND RUDE. HE CUSSED OUT A CLIENT OVER THE PHONE FOR A SIMPLE PROBLEM THAT HE COULD NOT FIGURE OUT AND REFUSED TO FINISH THE JOB. BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOUSY SERVICE.
