Helpful staff sent a plumbing team out immediately to help with water leak of unknown source. Plumber assessed that I was in need of a new hot water heater. The next day, the leak grew worse and began dripping from the walls. Same plumber came out and found a burst pipe. Became quite agitated and angry when I asked why the leak was flooding the floor below. Told me I should have the entire house repipe. I called for an estimate to re-pipe and told them I would expect a credit since the purchase of a new hot water heater was an unnecessary expense. They told me they were busy but would try to have someone get back to me with a schedule. That was 5 business days ago. I am repiping house today with Steeg. Services: Water heater installation, Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair

Doug and the young man that was with him were extremely professional, timely, courteous, and did one hell of a job for my ice cream store in Jax Beach.

When you call and leave a voice recording, would you trust a company that does not call you even though they said we will call you as soon to do business? I do not trust. I gave my all information to them. There was nothing missing in the information I gave them. If they get busy before they even start, I might regret it when they start working.
