        I needed to get our pool heater serviced and was turned away by our pool company because they dont work with HVAC and pools. I contacted Donovan to ask. I had the best customer experience! Elaine greeted me on the phone, and while she wasn't sure if they could help, she researched and through a series of convenient communications she was able to find someone on the same day who could at least come look to see what they could do. She even offered to check for my message on the weekend which she was working. I am hopeful they can fix the problem, but I left the conversation happy that I reached out and felt like Elaine was taking my problem as serious as if it were her own home! I would highly recommend Donovan! Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

        James and Brian were great installing our new HVAC system. They did great work, and helped answer my questions along the way. Stephen was really helpful helping us decide what system was best for us. Nobody was ever pushing for a sale, but helped us feel well informed the whole time. Thank you!

        Luke was wonderful! He didnt have the parts on his truck and asked if it was okay to run get them and I was impressed he didnt want to reschedule! I really appreciated that.

        Dustin was thorough, cleaned up after working on our unit and was helpful with information regarding our water heater as well. He made suggestions that were good. Very professional and we are always pleased with Donovan.
