This is very good company for insurance. Elaine returned my calls and complicated questions very quickly and was extremely helpful. Even though my situation is probably not something they can help with, Elaine took the time to do a lot of research and came back to me with some options. I hope to do more business with them in the future.

I've been using Fletcher since it was Fletcher and Stein. The service was great back then and I used them for business and personal - and referred multiple people to them. Over the years the service starting slipping, but it was easier to continue using them than switch. This last year service has been terrible. It takes weeks to get a reply to email, and when you do it is full of excuses. I had a commercial policy that expired and I didn't receive a reminder or notice from the insurance company or my rep at Fletcher, and I have been trying to get returned calls or emails from Fletcher for weeks. It's my fault for not seeing the policy was expiring, but I expect more from the brokerage I've been with for most of a decade. Insurance brokers are a dime a dozen. Find one that wants and cares about your business.
