Russ Vorhis - State Farm Insurance Agent

Let me start out by saying that as a Combat Veteran, I was a die-hard, loyal customer to USAA for everything. Unfortunately, USAA didn't share the same sentiments with their costs/fees towards me. I had one quick and pleasant conversation with Adam Raza. He took the time to explain the differences in coverages (which State Farm had better) and costs (which State Farm was more affordable). All my questions were answered quickly in a professional yet friendly manner. No script reading here. The entire process was quick, easy, and informative as well. I not only recommend this State Farm office... But I also suggest asking for Adam Raza if you want to be taken care of

In my personal experience with Russ Vorhis office they have always been willing to help and to figure it what exactly is going on with any questions I had , they where fast and very polite with there answers . I will lost definitely refer this office .

Super awesome customer service. I called for a rate quote and Amy was able to save me $82 by switching from Farmers. She also set me up with renters insurance that I had no idea was so affordable!
