Matt has a good team. Sometimes it's hard to get through with someone on the phone. They respond well to emails. Great for homeowners insurance, had to switch car policies due price.

Matt Moss and most recently Chris Crafton have been my agents since I bought my home in 2013. I don't know what has been going on but RUN fast and far from this We Insure group. Over the past year I've had to chase them down to help me get a new policy after my premium increased by 3 times the previous amount. I have been given the run around countless times. I recently received a cancellation on a new policy because as it turns out my agent and those working for We Insure have done NOTHING to get the required documents to the new insurance company. I have pretty much been doing their job because all I received in reply to the cancellation letter was that everything had been submitted and someone would reach out if anything was needed on my end. These fks were fine with letting my policy drop due to an underwriting issue which would have left me without options. Even the insurance companies think We Insure is a joke. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative before you need them to do more than sit back and collect their % of your premium.
