Wonderful staff with amazing, very passionate trainers. The dogs are so well cared for during their stay. The facility is very clean and smells great!

Chanin is amazing! I would highly recommend Jet Set U and specifically Chanin. It is evident that Chanin is passionate about dog training, and knows her stuff. She has been very patient with me and goes above and beyond consistently. She is responsive to text and calls, always responding within the same day, but usually within a few minutes. Most recently when my flight was delayed, Chanin went out of her way to make time in her schedule for us to still pick up our pup. She was compassionate and even stated I know you were anxious to see her. Chanin truly cares about the family unit as a whole and knows that our pup is an integral piece.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I just sent my 2nd dog through their board and train off leash program and I couldnt be more impressed. The staff is amazing, Lilli was was particularly awesome. She kept me updated with progress and pics of my baby Jax while he was there. It was so comforting knowing he was in such great hands! Chanin is also fantastic, she is a wealth of knowledge and patient with all my texts. They really do mean you have lifetime help as I still text with questions on my first dog after 2 years and they are always quick to respond. LOVE LOVE LOVE JET SET UNIVERSITY
