I want to thank the staff at Framaya Real Estate. Being an out-of-state buyer can be a stressful and intimidating process. We are not typical buyers, because we were looking for a property to initially be an investment, but in a few years, we will turn it into our primary home. We were not even sure where (in Florida) we needed to/wanted to buy. All questions, doubts, and concerns were answered by the Framaya staff. First, they helped us decide on a general area, based on our personal goals for the property. Then they sent us numerous possible properties within our price range. They included options that would require some renovations, but again, those properties were well within our stated price range. They answered endless questions about neighborhoods, amenities, traffic you name it. We narrowed our selection to five properties. When we came to Florida to make our final selection, everything was in perfect order. We did not have to worry about anything. Framaya had anticipated all possible issues, and dealt with them on the front end. From inspectors to financing, even reputable contractors they had all the contacts. After we closed on our property, one of their team even stopped by to inspect some work being done and sent us pictures of the progress to make sure we were satisfied.
