Kellie was amazing to work with. We moved from TX to FL site unseen, and she was so helpful and accommodating. She did the walk-through with my parents (who live in FL) and worked very hard to help us feel comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend her in every way!!!

She understood what we wanted. Kellie was patient and she was flexible with her time. We went a number of times to see houses until we found one that my husband and I loved. Professionalism is Kellie's middle name.

Kellie has been amazing! We live out of state and purchased a rental property. From the purchase, through closing and now almost 2 years later she is still going above and beyond to help usfrom finding me a cleaner to someone to replace the hot water heater. She responds quickly and knows who to call. Cannot recommend her highly enough!! Call heryou wont regret it!

Kellie Bowling has been such incredible help. She first helped me to find a house that was exactly what I was looking for. I had tried a few other realtors but they did not look at my interests and needs. Kellie, being so friendly and understanding, took the care and time to help make everything so much easier at finding just the right house. Then when time came I needed to move, again Kellie was amazing with helping me to sell the house. She goes out of her way to do so many of the little things that makes everything easier. Jen Conrad was also wonderful with helping to make sure I had all the things in order to finalize the sell. She helped communicate with the people purchasing my house to get all the details right. Kellie Bowling will always be the one I turn to for reality needs. In fact my next step will be searching for land and for sure Kellie will be the one to help. I cant say enough of how much I appreciate Kellie and the hard work she does with making life easy when it comes to buying or selling a house. Thank you Kellie and Jen!!

Kellie made our first time buying a home as painless and stress free as I can imagine. She is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Her advice was always spot on and in our best interest. We knew we were in great hands and trusted her completely. She always communicated with us and laid everything out so clearly that it was foolproof for novices like us. Kellie is not only an expert professional who knows her stuff but she is fun and thoughtful! Her assistant Jen is also wonderful. We are so fortunate to have worked with Kellie and cant recommend her highly enough!
