        I called your agency to get homeowners insurance. I spoke to Cynthia Goforth, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. Although I enjoyed my experience, I was unable to obtain my homeowners through your agency. However, I would recommend your agency to anyone just because of her. Shes awesome!

        All other organizations managed to differentiate between my daughter's infractions and mine. However, Renee refused to listen or make an effort to recognize the distinctions. She rigidly adhered to the report she generated. It's disheartening to find that this insurance agency comes recommended by Ramsey.

      Hello Stacey, I looked into this in detail with Renee. Unfortunately, we do not have any authority to remove driving incidents that come up on your driving report. If you feel your driving report is showing things that are incorrect you have to rectify this with the DMV directly. I understand that this is something that you may not want to hear and feel it is unfair to blast us negatively when this is an outside issue that we have no control over. I feel your efforts would be better suited reaching out to the DMV since the issue you are experiencing is with them and not us. Furthermore, we are a small business owner that have received countless 5 star reviews as recommended by Dave Ramsey over the years and the prior reviews will represent this.
