        They're fine if they are writing a new policy...if you need them to do anything after that they don't want to know you. My Mother and Father had them as their insurance brokers for years and they knew both them and myself personally. After both my Parents passed and we had to sell the house it was as if my Brother and I were strangers to them. They wouldn't even give us the time of day. As Mom used to say "a word to the wise..."
