This T-mobile is a standout from the rest and I could say that confidently because of one employee. My mother and I walked in only to compare prices between our current provider and T-mobile. The check in process was smooth and the people were respectful and homely. Within minutes we were introduced to Anthony the gentleman who was to help us. He gave us a handshake and asked us how he could help us. After a 30 or so minutes we were convinced to join T-mobile. Anthony was patient enough to explain the plans so we made sure we understood and gave us the prices we would be paying. He showed us the fine print so we knew what we were getting into and more importantly he didnt pressure us at all. He advised what he would do and gave us the best possible plan for a family of 6. My mother who isnt one to capitulate to aggressive sales tactics told Anthony that he was good at his job and that he had her convinced. No aggressive sales tactics were used and we felt we were treated like human beings rather than dollar signs. The amount of space he gave us and how personable he was towards us really sealed the deal along with the great promotions. If you need any help with service I can highly recommend Anthony and I hope he gets rewarded for the service he provides.
