    Corner room overlooking the street was large and very clean. We had a bit of trouble with house keeping the first couple of days (returned at night and room was not made up) but everything got sorted and the staff was very apologetic and accommodating. Located right at the Hallandale bridge, it's kind of out of the way. We love the tiki bar by the pool and being on the intercoastal side, it is less windy than ocean side. A short walk to the beach where chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided free of charge. All in all a good value. Walkability: At least a mile + from all the restaurants on the strip.

    The rooms are okay, nothing fancy but fine. The service is terrible. It took a long time to check in, the check in attendant was very unwelcoming and cold. Room service wasn't done and I'm trying to call the front desk and no one picks up. I would gladly even go speak to them but there is a long line of course of more people checking in so I have no way to ask for room service or for late check out. 0 stars for service.

    Room was good and the Location was good for conference at diplomat. But if I could go back in time I would pay any amount of money not to stay here solely because of the staff and the experience that in sues. When problems occur the staff immediately refer to John who does not seem to exist and if he does, he certainly does not solve problems efficiently. My wife and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and being a Marriott and Hilton member have always received great service but this hotel in particular must be lead by terrible management bc the service that we have received and have witnessed is of a 1 star hotel charging 4 star prices. My advice to every future guests is to spend the extra money not to come here bc there is nothing worse than being annoyed and stressed on a vacation or out of town on business. Front desk staff is absolutely incompetent and unhelpful. Im so angry with my experience that Im positive that Im not interested in staying in a Hilton hotel again

    Very bad service on the front deck, a brunette helped me. I arrived at around 2:30 in the afternoon. She told me to wait a while. At around 3:30, I asked her and she still didn't have the room. At 4:30, I asked her again. At around five o'clock another woman was the one who helped me. I went with a friend, her husband and children who fell on floor five. I asked her if she could put me on floor five and she said no because what she had paid for mine was not It was the same which was a lie because later the other lady around five in the afternoon when I asked her again to please give me the room they gave it to me on the fifth floor so if they could give it to me on that floor the attention It was terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone. I went with paid breakfast included, whose breakfast was restricted, I couldn't eat what I wanted, they were only the first two options. Luckily, the girl at the restaurant changed the American breakfast for me, which I wouldn't eat for something else if I hadn't paid for breakfast and I wouldn't have used it. The rooms were cleaned and my bed was made up, that was the best of all, but I won't visit it again.

    Overall, nice resort. Few issues we had..when we got to our room, the bathroom door was locked. Then went take a shower, and had no pressure and handle would not stay in place. Requested a 4th towel, as we had 4 people, but never received it. The on-site restaurant was good. Eric our server was bouncy, food we good. Did not take advantage of any other amenities.

image Corner room overlooking the street was large and very clean. We had a bit of trouble with house keeping the first couple of days (returned at night and room was not made up) but everything got sorted and the staff was very apologetic and accommodating. Located right at the Hallandale bridge, it's kind of out of the way. We love the tiki bar by the pool and being on the intercoastal side, it is less windy than ocean side. A short walk to the beach where chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided free of charge. All in all a good value.
Walkability: At least a mile + from all the restaurants on the strip.
