Horrible rooms smell like cigarettes. I had to cancel my stay.

very clean, nice staff. tons of parking. streets are busy though, so walking across them is a safety concern if you plan to walk mostly. I drive 99.9% to places. LOL! nice pool. pool is warm.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, which I booked at the last minute on a Saturday night for a total of $200. Despite its 4-star rating from other guests, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a pungent odor of marijuana and cigarettes, which was particularly concerning given that it was designated as a non-smoking room. While the room was generally clean, the lingering smell was unpleasant and pervasive. Furthermore, the shampoo provided was a single small bottle, hardly sufficient for one person. Most disturbingly, the bed was unclean, with visible hair and an overall lack of cleanliness, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall, my stay was disappointing and failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort wouldn't recommend.

Had a 2 night stay to relax. Parks close by also the Hollywood board walk. Staff is super nice and the cleaning people as well. Always asking if I needed towels, etc. Bring your bike for the long, beautiful ride on the ocean. Things I didn't like was website states heated pool, and I was told they no longer do. It's chilly for us Miami people and was looking forward to the heated pool and picked this place because of it. Also I was put way in the back down a prison looking hallway with no front window. Plenty of rooms with sun etc but I was put in the back with the shady crowd. The window I did have was in the back facing a 3rd world country few. Depressing view and creepy. I liked the place but might look into something else close by because the Depressing room. Great staff
