Would give it a 5 but they definitely NEED BATHROOMS! Not a place you wanna be waiting on your pickup after a long day on the river.

I was staying there for summer camp and it was really nice.

Very fun and very safe. I did a free diving course. I was nervous at first but David did a great job getting me to a level I couldnt have gotten to alone.

The way motels should be! Clean, fresh, friendly. The grounds are impeccable. You can't go wrong
