worst cleaners. advertisrs same day service. nope. attendee was morr concern in sweeping the floor then giving good advice. Here is an example storr should be cleaned before you leave the store. am when you open is to give great customer service.

Be careful what you take to these cleaners. They lost or stole a $200 blazer. Theres no management, no owners, no one to give face for lost items. Employees have no idea who the owners or managers are to give you a response. I really do not like writing these types of reviews. Just be mindful, I wish I didnt have to learn the hard way.

I took my tuxedo for dry cleaning 2 weeks before a wedding i has to attend. I confirmed that there was sufficient time to Have it ready. Came back a week later and they seemed surprised to not have my button down shirt together with my tux. Then i was told my shirt was sent somewhere else because of the buttons on it. I came back a week later (2 days before the wedding) and my short was there but horribly pressed with the buttons melted. The employee tried to ignore it while i inspected the shirt. I wasnt offered any reasonable solution and was even told, This is not an inconvenience, an inconvenience would have been if we damaged the shirt. Buttons can simply be replaced. I finally picked up the shirt and was extremely dissapointed when i saw the horrendous buttons they replaced. I will never use their services again.
