DID NOT REMOVE STAIN DESPITE PAYING FOR SERVICE & ACCUSED CLIENT OF CAUSING THE SAME STAINS AFTER SERVICE NOT DONE. LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER My fiance took one of my beige blouses that had a couple of gray stains (color transfer from other clothing) and paid extra for the stain removal service. Accepting payment for this was no issue by this place but no one told him then that the service is to "TRY TO REMOVE THE STAIN" not for actually removing it, in which case we would not have paid it. Because we were regulars here, he didn't check the items he got that day from this place, (his fault for trusting this place ofc), and when getting home, we realized the stains were still there, same color, same shape, same everything. He took the blouse again to this place on March 11, thinking in good faith that they forgot to treat the stains. A bearded guy rudely told him that THEY CHARGE YOU FOR STAIN REMOVAL SERVICE BUT THEY DON'T GUARANTEE REMOVAL, EVER, AND EVEN WENT FAR AS ACCUSING MY FIANCE OF HAVING WASHED THE BLOUSE AFTER THEY DID AND THAT'S HOW IT GOT STAINS. SO DID YOU REMOVE THE STAINS OR NOT BEFORE WE PICK THE BLOUSE UP???? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED ANYTHING WHEN PAYING FOR THE SERVICE, NOR DID THEY LET US KNOW, AT THE VERY LEAST, THAT THE STAINS WHERE STILL THERE WHEN PICKING EVERYTHING UP. SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE NEVER AGAIN

Took my brand new comforter to get dry cleaned. It was the first time taking it anywhere. Just purchased the comforter. It came back smaller, does not fit my bed the same. It obviously shrunk so it was obviously not dry cleaned as required. The texture of the comforter also changed on the outside. Not sure what happened when we specifically requested dry cleaning and it is also stated on the label dry clean only. Now my brand new comforter is ruined.
