This is the worst place to ever take your clothes to get dry cleaned. I don't have the words to explain how horrible of a service they provided. My father and I have had several bad experiences with this place but we kept a giving them the benefit of the doubt. Until this last one. I took my husband's suit to get dry cleaned a week before my wedding and they told me to go pick it up at a certain time on a certain day. I go and pick up the suit and when I get there the whole place is getting exterminated. They failed to notify me about the situation and that they were going to close ahead of time. When I brought this upon the owner he stated that he had a sign outside before they closed and was expecting me to pass by so I could read it without notifying me without calling me even though my number was in the system. I had to run one day before my wedding and borrow money to buy a suit because of this irresponsibility of this business. Do not take your clothes here.

Horrible customer service, they told me theyd have my order ready by a certain date and they closed the store due to fumigation and didnt have the audacity to reach out to me via phone letting me know it would be closed and to pick up my order beforehand, dont take your clothes here.

for the third time I have an argument with the front desk lady,I took my dress shirts there and Guayaberas and I have to returned because they were not even washed because all the stains were there. this happened twice. Now today  7-27-2021 I pick up a sport jacket with a  little stains in one sleeve, nothing being done either, they don't even apologize for this problem. I got home and the stains were out with a Tide stain removing pencil. They don't know about this?   I won't use these people anymore They charge you but don't solve your requests and issues.
