        The worst Chase bank! Are the worst ! First, the appointments are worse than in the pandemic! They even ask for the Pope's blessing and the appointments are canceled as if nothing had happened.

        If I could give zero I would. Terrible customer service. Extremely rude to an elderly person before me.Leila chin seem obviously frustrated with her job and kept rushing everyone even though it was only 4:10 and the bank closes at 5. Only reason why I even went inside is to deposit money but after witnessing this Ill stick to the ATM because at least they dont give attitude.
