Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

For me they are the best!! A year ago I took care of this bank and I don't have a single complaint, thank you for your attention and for always explaining me with patience.

Very good in-person attention. Both the cashier, always willing to help, and the guys at the reception. Not to mention the lady who treated me, AMANDA. More than EXCELLENT. I had to go to the bank 4 days in a row and the lady was always ready to help with a smile. Effective, diligent and charming. I was able to resolve everything with her in record time. THANK YOU again Amanda. Quite the opposite with the CALL CENTER. Someone different always helps you, they give you different information and they don't solve it. It's a shame this bank was one of the best. I would like them to invest so that I can do what I did before.
