    Im a long time patient of this establishment however when Dr. Lopez left they got all new staff. Their staff is uncaring not friendly do not give clear or correct information. They do not conduct their self in a professional manner and are extremely rude. Their PA is the only reason I go there and even he has stated that there is a problem with the staff which is not a good outcome for this office. They argue with their patients refuse to give appointments dont refill prescriptions and dont give out proper information. They also collect incorrect Data and place it into your medical records and dismiss you when you tell them it is incorrect. They dont update charts along with a long list of other complaints. I dont recommend this office on top of the long wait times. Again the only good thing about this place is the PA Who will take the time to listen to you.

    My husband receives care in that office, they work very poorly, the appointments that should be made for a specialist were never made, when the people in the office talk on the phone they treat you very badly and they get offended when you tell them the truth that they don't do their job well . My husband is leaving there, I don't recommend it at all.

    Rude staff. They dont call in prescriptions they give out wrong information. Even if youre critically ill I need to see the doctor they will have you wait days to weeks for an appointment. They are hostile over the phone as well as in person. Their aggression with patients leave you feeling as if everyday is a Life altering a horrible day for them and they take it out on each and every patient that walks in. They talk loud enough so that every patient can hear of your medical history they also have incorrect patient medical history and are unwilling to change it when told in your medical files. The staff acts as if it is the right to be there when the patient is actually the one who provides them their positions by going there and choosing that facility. The PA is very kind and is willing to listen to your concerns however even he went told about the staff agrees that his staff is unruly and does not follow through. The office manager is no better I know she seems like she wants to help you gets nothing done and there is always one thing after another where it seems to be the patients fault and they never take accountability and follow through. Paperwork does not get done faxes do not go through and even when the pharmacy faxes over request they do not comply to have their PA sign off on the request. They do not call for follow ups there is a multitude of problems I personally had to ask them to take my co-pay where they should have asked for my co-pay upfront it was an effort for their staff to do so. It was also an effort for their staff to make a three month appointment for me to return and to get my blood work. If you dont want to treat patients with care and respect then get out of the medical field go get a different job. And if it dont take your frustrations out on those who come in who dont feel well and who are coming to a position for a reason it is not your place to judge this staff needs to be changed to more caring reliable staff Who will be accountable for what is going on in the office and who wont make you feel worse than when you came in they should receive as of right now zero out of five stars

    The staff need to learn customer service skills seems they hired the left over unwanted employees from other well-known medical places. Don't expect high quality services from this place nor the doctors very rude and condescending.

    Worst experience ever happened today. I have been seeing Dr Patel for a few months because I suffer from migraines and I need to get paperwork done to give to my job. I used to have it done by my previous Dr but he stopped accepting my insurance. The first appointment with Dr Patel was Okay, he did sign the papers but did not refer me to any specialist to try and find out where my pain is coming from. I also had to keep calling because they wouldn't send the papers and took me about a week for them to actually do it. Had do to a second visit because I'm having more episodes than expected, so I needed a new medication, since the previous one wasnt working anymore, and needed the paperwork redone. Had to keep calling for over a month to get the prescription pre approved because he wouldn't do his part. And let'snot forget the bad atritude I get from the front ladies, always like if you did something to them, even over the phone.. Now I go a third time because come to find out, they never sent the documents so now I'm having issues with my work since they didnt receive them on time. I went in with a new set of paperwork so they can just refill it and send it, only to be told by Dr Patel that he "was not going to play this game", and for him to walk out of the room without telling me if we were done or not. Ended up going home without my paperwork, will possibly lose my job if I don't get a Dr to help me and no medication that can help either. Expect a complaint in the Health Department, because being told that my health issues are a game is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Never had issues, ever, with a Dr or the facility until I got to this office.
