they say they don't do walk-ins, but yet only do same day appointments. you cant call to make an appointment for the next day, but yet when you ask can i come in today they say they are full and to call tomorrow. whats the point then?

The least professional and incompetent medical staff with whom I received medical services. The front-desk staff are disgusting and unpleasant and rude people. I called 30 minutes ago to make an appointment and I called again to see if they could communicate with someone in Spanish since the person there couldn't answer my question and what they do is hang up the call. Unpleasant and disappointed because the Doctor I have is excellent.

TERRIBLE. The most unprofessional and incompetent medical staff I have ever worked with. Poor teachers already have enough to deal with without these nasty-rude people making our life harder. You can never be seen, and when you are, you are treated terribly. I was yelled at over the phone for wanting to be seen. I had 100 different tests done, but couldn't get my results for 3 months because doc wanted a 90-day vacation. This place is ridiculous.

This use to be an awesome place but with this calling system is crazy. They tell you to call early when you do they keep you on hold for over 30 min just to tell you they will schedule you a zoom visit.Only good thing is my Dr.Don.
