Alta Mar at Broadwater Apartments

To be honest I would be lying if I said I loved living here. I have been able to call Alta home for the past 2 years. Even know I've had my ups and down here at this property. I will say that Klarissa R in the office has been the biggest help. If I would give anyone a reason to move to Alta is because of her. I had a couple of problems and she took the initiative to fix the problems and call me back to let me know that everything was gonna be all right. The only Reason why I am writing this review is because she was so nice, so kind and so helpful. I don't know how long she's been working for the property but I'm happy that she's working for them and I hope she doesn't leave why I still call this place my home. I am a real estate agent in Florida I went to these apartments to pick up a customer who is desperately looking for an apartment. According to her the living conditions are acceptable and the management is not kind.

Cockroaches, bugs, disgusting neighbors that leave their trash out to rot in the heat. If you also want your AC to freeze every other day in the summer and have your water turned off randomly this place is for you!

I had the absolute worse experience. I take care of a client in Alta Mar. It's always so disgusting when I come. Garbage all around the entrance when you pull in, trash all over the apartments. They have a garbage disposal issue that needs immediate attention. Tons of trash left out which leaves a lingering smell and flies all over. My client has not had hot water in almost a year, they still have not resolved this issue after almost a year. I have been coming to these disgusting apartments for almost a year now for 1 hour out the day. My car was towed after only being with my client for 30 mins. Meaning someone maliciously towed my car, no warning or anything. When I go to the office they were very nasty, didn't give me any info about my car. The manager Julia was very nasty to me, kicked me out and told me to look for the tow info from outside on a sign. They are nasty inside and out. Their customer service is non existent. Everyone inside the office including the Property Manager needs to be fired. They need a whole new team. You don't get to treat ppl nasty and get away with it. 2024 you won't win you will get better with how you treat others or you will find another place of employment. BET

UPDATE 12/20/2023 It's been 3 months since moving in and now there's a big azz rat in the ac closet! I put glue traps down and the mf was able to get away. It was so loud we heard everything Caught it this morning! One down idk how many to go Just moved in and ready to move out! Update: well the garbage is always full and overflowing. Someone took it upon themselves to burn it! It's empty now! 10/16/2023
